Ombre: Yay or Nay

I can't make decisions. I go through four different outfits everyday, and four different pairs of shoes. All to stroll into the world of banking and finance, where nobody cares (and everyday I think what am I doing here?!). But my indecisiveness is 10 times worse when it comes to my hair. Fringe or no fringe? Just a trim or a good chunk chopped off? And now to dye it or not? To a lot of people it's not a big thing. But it takes forever. Forever to grow out the impulse-cut fringe, forever to grow it back to the perfect length it was, forever to grow out a colour that I liked for a week (if that!).

So this is the photo I'll be taking into the hairdressers, and if I don't come out looking the same, I'll cry.

Lanvin Lust ♥

I've been excited for months about the latest H&M collaboration with Lanvin. Alber Elbaz, you are the one! Most lunchtimes I wander past the Regents Street flagship store, which reminds of how excited I am about the launch. So today, 23rd November, the day I've been waiting for, and words cannot describe how disappointed I am. My plan to run across during my lunch break, absolutely FAILED. Queues a mile long, and every single item (minus a mens bow tie and cap) sold out online! So here I am, sulking at my desk, ranting to the world. Sob!

Love, Love, Love Lanvin!

(source: style.com)
Too much? I think not. The more I see this, the more I love it. Nothing on the runway compared to Alber Elbaz's use of glitter and glamour for the labels spring/summer 2010 ready-to-wear collection. The layering and tones compliment each other perfectly. The variety of sequins work perfectly. The chunky gold necklace was the perfect finishing touch. A word that sums this up is, as you could've guessed, PERFECT! Even the way Jacquelyn Jablonski carried the garments was faultless. Nude makeup and hair scraped up into a messy topknot, this could be an obvious favourite this season!

ARM CANDY? OH YESSSS!

Less is definitely not more. Pile on as many bangles as possible. Mix a range of colours, sizes and textures to achieve the catwalk look. Remember, DARE TO BE DIFFERENT.
